This was a truely bespoke new build project, with a wide range of home automation designed and installed throughout by Eiger.

Including bespoke lighting with a Control4 centralised control system and A/V with Faradite motion sensors, Traid in-ceiling speakers, underfloor heating, burglar alarm system, Wired networking throughout, controlled swimming pool, CCTV system, controlled skylight windows, multi room video and lots more.

A centralised lighting system was used on this project and the main light we created bespoke out of a solid oak beam with Collingwood H2 pro Low gale LED Downlights.

High performance in-ceiling loudspeakers were Control4 Triad Speakers, they have a superior sound and are built-to-order in order to meet the aesthetic needs for the project.

Below is an overview of the Eiger design and installation of home automation on this new build project.

• Phillips LED lamps in the pendants

• Control 4 system

• Texecom premier elite Burglar alarm system (integrates well with control 4)

• Faradite motion sensors - https://www.faradite.com/products/motion-sensor-360 used to operate touch free lighting in bathrooms, en-suite, garage, cloak rooms. Also programmed to operate MVHR system boost and hot water circulation pumps. These are set up great to give another level of control without doing or touching anything using a control system.

• Heatmiser Underfloor heating (wetsystem) controlled using Heatmiser neo stats, wired air sensors controlling separate zones on underfloor heating (14 in total) these are connected to wireless bridge and integrated within the Control4 system https://www.heatmiser.com/en/heatmiser-neo-overview

• Vent Axia sentinel kinetic MVHR unit throughout the house and controlled via Control4 system

• Pakedge router and switches. Wired networking thought out house

• Pakedge Wireless Access points

• Traid in-ceiling speakers

• Traid one Streaming amplifier

• Swimming pool controlled Via Control4 system

• Hikvision CCTV system controlled by Control4 system

• Skylight windows in glass roof light controlled by Control4 system

• HDbaset TV/Sky distributed by Control4 matrix for Multi room video

• Tidal streaming service sounds great on triad one

All of the above has been completed on this project, but we still have the below left to install on this great project, which is scheduled to be installed later in the year, once we have confirmation from the client on the final design:
